@MayaHope including you as well, if people dont want to listen, help or support you, then they aren't who you need around you right now and will end up making you feel worse. There are others who will listen, will give you support to figure out what you want or need to do.

@MayaHope im happy to volunteer as a fellow UK inhabitant :) I know im only online but ive been told im a good listener.
