This was me three years ago, and after being married 17 yrs, I was lost. My advice would be take personal inventory, and figure out the things that you enjoy doing. Also agree with staying active & busy...Surround yourself with friends, family, and meet new people! Lastly, have fun!!!

@MissKiki put yourself first for a change and enjoy finding what you like to do. Do things you have always wanted to do but significant other wouldn't or didn't enjoy. Make new friends and try new things. Learn to enjoy being with yourself. When someone finds being with yiu as much as you do, let them join in.
