I Am Single

How do I find a man who won't mind me being a housewife? He doesn't have to be rich but just able to support us both on one income. It seems like every man I see is strongly against the idea of me staying home and are deluded by feminists ideology (I am not a feminist).

I fear that what you're looking for is a lifestyle that very few can actually afford anymore. And that's BEFORE you bring kids into the picture.

@room101: With budgeting, frugality, and planning, it is affordable. You americans just don't know how to manage money properly.

@lovecatsnothumans: erm........I'm not an American 🙄

@room101: It can be done if you work at it. We did it as a young couple starting out and had 5 kids within the first 13 years of marriage. My wife got creative with menus and shopping and such. But she did not have to work and it paid off for us with the kids and our married life.

@bigjohndl: yeah but, you're a REAL MAN right

@room101: Oh, sorry. I didn't know you weren't american, but my statement still holds.

@room101: I just treated her right and respected my wife and life took care of itself. And if that was a slight, I am man enough to have retired in my 50's and enjoy life on my ranch and spend my time traveling and riding motorcycles now.
