Having a username like "LoneWolf" doesn't exude that mentality, just saying!

Taking a page out of a romantic's book as well as a realist's book:
Things happen for a reason, the universe will give you all sorts of random signs, but it's whether you take action on those signs or not that will determine your success. It's what you make of it. However, if you wait around for the universe to drop an opportunity in your lap, it simply won't happen.

Being a realist about it means that you have to go out and make your own luck because networking and meeting new friends will provide you more opportunities for the universe to show you those signs.

So good on you on trying to make new friends.

Thanks I get what you are saying but sometimes I can't stand going out but I do try and mix in or go to events, groups but they tend to bring me down at the end of the day. And I thought it be easyer to give this a try. I made two friends online before and it was good but now they are too busy with their bf or gf lol.

@LoneWolf17:
I get it. By nature, I'm a recluse, I hate going out. However, when you have enough pent up frustrations of not having meaningful connections, you have to make a change.

Even online friends are fine, but you have to be confident about it and you have to make meaningful friendships.

For myself, I have a huge network of online friends and I've met most of them. I've experience love, death and great friendships via online friendships and I don't think any of them would've made much of a difference to me had I not met them... but because I have, it's much more meaningful.

Finally someone that understands. Great response. Glad I'm not alone.
