So many reasons.
He might be into someone else more than you so wants to not date both of you.
He might have seen some qualities that he decided he didn't like in a potential partner.
He just might not be that into you.
Well actually no matter the reason it all boils down to the last reason. He dosen't want to date you right now or possibly ever. Don't waste time worrying about someone that dosen't like you enough. Its really a pointless question because he friend zoned you. Onto the next one who can appreciate you.
