I Am Single

single for the first time in 7 years and honestly I really think I’ve NEVER been happier 🥰 really really loving the single life, would be so much better if I weren’t quarantined though 😞

I don't think you'll be single all that long. It's great at first, but humans are hard-wired for intimate social engagement. Once you get back into being with people, I think there's a good chance your status will change. You're too young for it to not.

@Brittani I used to be good being single, but the older I got, the more I had a desire to settle down with the "right" person. I would MUCH rather stay single than be with the "wrong" person. But, that' won't happen. I'm very careful about that these days.

I'm sure you'll enjoy being single for a while. Maybe QUITE a while.

And yeah, I wish conditions were such that it would be safe for you to do that. I'm hoping and praying this isolating will end soon. I'm really lonely, even for an introvert.

@Brittani Being an extrovert would be tough right now. Yes, your kids are good company. I have a couple of cats, and wish I didn't. They're not good company. And one is a real pain in the ass. 😒
