Some things you can control. Some things you can't control. Some things you don't want to control. The secret is: always have as much fun as you can wherever you find yourself. If you are single, live the most fun single life as you can - pursue your passions without distractions, flirt, mingle, do all the things you may need your partner's permission to do one day. If you are with someone, slowdance, hug, spoon, do all the things only a couple can do. Not only will this raise your standard of living regardless of your situation, it makes you less likely to remain single.
