Have you tried Ezekiel bread?

I used to buy it ,because it's supposed to be better for diabetics- it spoils pretty quick.
It comes Frozen for a reason.
You have to take out just what you need and use it kind of inconvenient.
It was okay and taste better toasted than untoasted.
