@Lostpoet @Lostpoet I'd say that Syd Barrett song is about Dylan but not a parody of him. For another song about Dylan Check out the David Bowie piece:

Diamonds and Rust by Joan Baez is also about Dylan and one verse parodies Dylan's singing voice.
