Cliche, or not.....I'd give back to people...food....land.....give power to the indigenous people of their respective areas - Native Americans and Aborigines amongst them - remove all nuclear power and use....and, if there was a dispute across borders then they will be settled by the ancient art of playing 'Twister'...
