Cookies, flours, spaghetti, pasta, couscous...all gluten free
It means a lot to me even though I don't really consume processed foods. Everything I eat, I grow and make myself. Because besides celiac, I also have sensitivity to additives and conservatives . They trigger my tachycardia. They didn't know that and I don't want ruin the joy!
It is a great gift and I will be donating it to my patients who have celiac disease too.
