what can i do about this situation

the situation is i've been ordering my groceries online for about 6 months now from a supermarket which i've regularly used, reason i do it online is because i've not been out in a long while due to mental health reasons.....i also have a bad back too, which i take strong painkillers for....overall, while ive been indoors, i haven't had any issues with the delivery drivers bringing up my groceries to my 3rd floor flat, i usually spend a a lot on groceries....so get a lot.....however now 3 or 4 times, i've been put in a predicament, when i ordered my groceries, it was delivered to my block of flats....but the delivery driver told me he refused to bring up my groceries to my 3rd floor flat?

the drivers who gave me problems said ' they're not insured to carry all that shopping up 3 flights of stairs and if something happened to them they're not covered or insured '?

ive stated to the supermarket call centre many times that i have disablement's and can't carry the groceries up the stairs myself, so rely on the drivers to bring the shopping up the stairs to my flat door....the call handlers told me they would note this on my account and for the drivers to always bring up the groceries?.....so a few months since then ive had no problems, however this morning when i expected another grocery delivery, the driver got here and phoned me telling me to come down to the entrance and bring up the shopping and i told him i can't because i have disablements and that i've told the supermarket call centre about this numerous times....but he said he's in his mid 60s has problems with his back, and doesn't want to bring my groceries all the way up the stairs....so he phoned his manager while he was at the entrance...i waited 10 minutes and the manager of one of the stores, phoned me and defended the standpoint of the delivery driver....i underlined my predicament as well, and told him i need my groceries...i have no other way of getting them, other than ordering online and again, i have disablements and ' cannot' carry the groceries up the stairs myself?

so he said he would arrange a redelivery for later on this evening......but i rang the call centre earlier and the call handler told me that this new driver refused to deliver my groceries as well....the call centre are based somewhere in asia i assume...and this is where i begin to lose my cool....i stated to her angrily that i'm disabled and how else am i going to get my groceries......she was condescending, but said i'm sorry mr so and so, the only thing i can do, is cancel your order, refund you back to your bank....and reinstate the order, so make a new order for me with all the same items of groceries i'd ordered previously, and get them delivered tomorrow evening? so in the end i accepted that...but also told her i want to raise a complaint to the supermarket store management...she said she had raised a complaint for me.....i reluctantly thanked her, because i didn't want to, as this problem was their fault!!....so anyway, that was that and i put the phone down.

but i feel so annoyed with their service that they screwed up, knowing on their systems i have disablements and rely on getting my groceries online and they promised i wouldn't get this problem again with the delivery drivers...but it's happened again.

is there any further action i can take, given what i told you???

I can understand your annoyance.
You're paying for a service you're not getting and the employing company is denying any responsibility except to their employees because obviously they don't want to be put in an actionable position should they get injured at work.

I suppose the easiest thing to do would be to find an alternative grocery supplier.
Before you sign up chat to their customer service team and explain your situation.

You don't say how many floors your building has or if there's access to a lift.
If you're still having problems why not make contact with some disability charities ?
They might be able to advocate on your behalf
