do you find it nearly impossible now to get the groceries you need because of the cost of living

i'm on quite a bit of money from benefits due to my disabilities, but i'm still shocked about how much everything costs now, everything has gone up in price vastly due to the cost of living, for example i did my online grocery shopping yesterday from a supermarket i regularly use, and i added 2 loaves of bread ,a box of cereal, two 2 pints of semi skimmed milk, ham for sandwiches, a couple of packets of breaded haddock fillets, 4 bottles of flavoured spring water - and already that has amounted to £75!!!!!!!!!!????

so when i finished adding everything to my basket that i needed, it came to £197 !!?? - to mention i could afford it, but still are astounded at how much essentials cost now.

Yes, it's like that in the U.S. as well. It's not just groceries either. It's everything.

@MsSwan yes it seems to be worldwide now, hope you can afford what you need..it's astounding, i feel sorry for the really poor people who don't get very much, all the best and keep well.
