The grocery store didn't have iodized salt.

All they had was non-iodized. I bought it in a split second decision and now I'm going to get rid of it.

Who eats salt with no iodine in it? Losers, that's who.

Who cares and what weirdo would throw away non iodized salt? Youre good dude. Our diets are balanced enough these days that goiter is no real concern.


Btw, regular salt is used for canning , presrving, and certain recipes were the iodine is not good
