i have to go grocery shopping soon and i'm nervous about it

i have a nervous disposition related to ptsd and everytime i have to go out anywhere i'm very nervous and 'on edge'...i worry something dangerous could happen outside and how would i react?

anyone got any advice?

just think. how many times have you gone out and nothing bad happenned?
of course bad things can happen but I just pray to God to keep me safe and of course be careful in my travels

I used to have specific things that triggered my anxiety and led to panic attacks. Grocery shopping was one. I learned to expect them and eventually knowing one was coming on helped me get through them. Don't fight the anxiety as it only makes it worse.
