Trump said he was going to lower prices.....he did...look at the stock market.
@thisguy20 But doesn’t that mean the stocks become worthless ? 🤔
thisguy20 · 41-45, M
@bijouxbroussard No: all that happens is the P/D (price to dividend) drops, which essentially means the shareowner is getting a higher interest rate... Thanks to the miracle of compounding, that can become quite profitable.
@thisguy20 Interesting.

Where did you find eggs for $3/dozen two weeks ago?

Here, two weeks ago, they were +/- $7.50/dozen...
@thisguy20 Amazon Fresh.

That is some price hike. It's amazing the malign influence Biden has even when he is not President. And it's amazing the lack of power the all knowing, genius who claims to be President actually has when it comes to egg prices. Fortunately he didn't make pathetic statements about that in his election campaign. Anyone who say he did is clearly easily fooled by MSM.

(I hope the sarcasm of this message is clear.)

@JimboSaturn Unfortunately you’re right. This is just the beginning.

I come from a family of religious progressives. With the emphasis on good works rather than hell and brimstone. All races, creeds and LGBT welcome, no judgment.

In 2016, when Trump won the first time, all of us had friends who couldn’t bear to go to Thanksgiving dinner with gloating family members.

My mother announced that they were welcome at our table, and that year it was basically a party.
@bijouxbroussard Your family sounds lovely . I am that way myself. My favorite aunt is my favorite aunt ...despite her following "him".
