Most people are but they can save you a lot of money and almost as good as regular brands.

Yes, some store brands are just as good as a name brand for certain things. Rubbing alcohol is rubbing alcohol no matter what name is on the bottle. But try a breakfast cereal like store brand or generic brand rice krispies or corn flakes. If you have been raised on Kelloggs cereals, you can absolutely tell the difference in taste and quality.
