Αt the Acropolis Museum there is a display of the caryatids but there is empty space for the one that is in the British Museum

(yes, we're petty like that) and I saw people stand in that space and take pictures as if they are her. I'm sure some Brit has done it too which is next level irony.

That's dumb. It has no business being in a British museum.

@HijabaDabbaDoo the Acropolis museum is so empty, you can see many displays where they show the missing pieces that are there 😬 But if they return ours then they'll have to return everything else tjat they have looted too.
@HannibalAteMeOut that's actually sad. Missing history doesn't settle well with me.
There's so many stolen artifacts in the British museum or in British possession. Egypts Rosetto stone, Australia's Gweagal shield, Gold from Africa and Asia, the Indian Koh-i-Noor diamond used as a crown jewel.
Not to mention the artifacts that aren't even on public display anymore but in hidden archives. British history is literally built on the rest of the world.

@HijabaDabbaDoo the fact they used Indian diamonds for their jewels...
There are even people who have artifacts in their personal private collections... if I found something in my yard and didn't give it to the government and they found out I don't even know what they would do to me but they get away with it.
@HannibalAteMeOut you have permission to invade us if you ever get bored. Heck, I'll join you.

@HijabaDabbaDoo we'll do it for your ancestors too!
