a frustrating situation on ebay
i recently bought something off a seller on ebay....but unfortunately i was not in when yodel tried to deliver their parcel, but i checked on the yodel tracking service and they have been saying for days now they will attempt redelivery, ive been indoors days now but they are not redelivering my package?
i contact the ebay seller and they said to contact yodel customer service & gave me their number, and i did contact them, but you get an automated message then it hangs up the line...i told this to the ebay seller in the private messages but they are not responding to my queries anymore....my last two messages to the ebay seller have gone unanswered?
i basically asked for a replacement item and could they not send the parcel via royail mail this time instead of yodel who are inept.....but the ebay seller is no longer replying to me so what can be done??
i fear my package has been lost by yodel and its an item i really wanted....but with the seller not responding and not able to speak to a human representitive on yodel...what do i do?
