A Water Line Busted On Saturday At The Discount Store In OKC Where I Shop…

I was there last Tuesday before the Arctic cold front blasted in and they had the heat turned way down low. Was wearing a jacket and a thermal long-sleeved shirt and was cold the entire time I was there. A busted pipe might learn them to not be so cheap with the heat. They had a big mess to clean up in the store. Say it’ll be open on Monday though.

@PoetryNEmotion Went to a smaller discount store the same day about 3 miles down the road. They had their little store warm enough to be comfortable.

@Stereoguy they may have had it set to where it wouldn’t freeze as long as the power was on. But they had rolling blackouts that lasted for about an hour and a half or so and that could have gotten the pipes frozen if they didn’t heat it high enough to stay warm inside the walls. They also lost their business sales on Saturday.
