Any antique pros out there?

Closest I can find is a similar seat made by the Heywood Brothers& Wakefield Company.
Have a few of them. And several pieces of the wood parts.

Are you looking to restore one???

@Musicman Not sure what to do with them.

@icedsky Try restoring one and see how it goes. I bet you could easily sell them.

@Musicman
I have very little woodworking experience. I can deal with the cast iron parts though. Easy enough.

@icedsky I have faith in you. 🙂

@Musicman The wood is oak I am pretty sure. And the other stuff is like tweed or rattan or something.

@icedsky The oak you can easily hit with a sander then restain it. The tweed or rattan part all you can do is clean it unless you paint it.

@Musicman Not a good idea to use a sander on an antique piece, it removes the patina which is highly desirable, far better to hand sand with a very fine grade wire wool.
