@FreeSpirit1 RLS is a absolute nightmare so i truly feel for you. Even my arms would be restless and it always got me as i was nodding off to sleep. Ive had magnesium rubbed into my legs but it does little. I think hydration is a big player. And for me personally laying in a hot bath for 1/2 an hour.
