We got this form of payment at the grocery store I work at. Not sure what I think about it, but I did end up signing up for it. Most people were terrified of it and saying it was the “mark of the beast “ 😂

@originnone I’m not a Christian myself- I’m Jewish and Spiritual. And the Bible really doesn’t talk about a palm pay being anything at all. People have speculated about everything from register scanners to all kinds of things over the years being some end of the world bullshit. I don’t see anything different than using your face on your cell phone to recognize payment being anything different. 😂
@Mardrae Me neither. I think the asker was just asking why people might be against it....All those end of the world books (can't remember the name) make a thing out of it. I think this is one of the references. I'm not a christian but I know the thought process.

@originnone 🤣 yeah, and what most Christians don’t understand is that that 666 number is wrong. If you look at the note’s referencing that bible verse, it says that the oldest scriptures list the number as 616, not 666. The Bible has been written over and over throughout the centuries- no one knows what the number is, or if that verse was added in the last century. It’s ludicrous.
@Mardrae agreed....Additionally, even if 666 were the actual number, there's nothing evil about the number 6....and people actually derive that 6 is an evil number.....just sayin'
