I Shop On Amazon

I have a prime membership, which includes guaranteed two day shipping. Today amazon failed to deliver my stuffs, which are even amazon products, on time. I emailed customer service and received this as part of their response. I'm not really sure how I am supposed to take what they said...

That's an asshole response at best.
@ProdigalSummer I'm sure it was a typo, but I'm still tempted to have them explain themselves.
@AcidBurn my bet is that it was written by someone whose first language isn't English. The words are basically correct but the order is wonky.
@ProdigalSummer Yeah, there are some other, let's say oddities, in the email that back up that bet.
