I Shop On Amazon

I have a prime membership, which includes guaranteed two day shipping. Today amazon failed to deliver my stuffs, which are even amazon products, on time. I emailed customer service and received this as part of their response. I'm not really sure how I am supposed to take what they said...

@CountScrofula I assume "creating" was posta be something like "encountering."
I also assumed these messages were basically form letters. I can't imagine they type them all out for every customer.

@AcidBurn Yeah almost certainly a form letter. Amazon automates everything it can possibly automate. Someone probably was on their 17th hour of their shift and the mandatory injections started to cause neural failures.
@CountScrofula Why don't they just have alexa handle it?
