I Shop On Amazon

I have a prime membership, which includes guaranteed two day shipping. Today amazon failed to deliver my stuffs, which are even amazon products, on time. I emailed customer service and received this as part of their response. I'm not really sure how I am supposed to take what they said...

I don't get what the message really means... Weird. But I suggest you to just wait for a couple of days, and then act, later.
Once I had a pack delivered (on the website) when it wasn't delivered at all, but the guy at the postal service just saved it as delivered on his device, I suppose. I had the pack the day after, but at the beginning I was like "what?".
