I Shop On Amazon

I have a prime membership, which includes guaranteed two day shipping. Today amazon failed to deliver my stuffs, which are even amazon products, on time. I emailed customer service and received this as part of their response. I'm not really sure how I am supposed to take what they said...

They did NOT actually say that?

Amazon is having a nervous breakdown. They missed a delivery to me by a day. The auto message on the tracking page was "if you don't get it by Thursday, come back, and we'll help you out."

Usually successful retailers end with a whimper, not a bang.

If you email them about missing a guaranteed delivery they will give you a credit on your account.
@AcidBurn Their response is GREAT. Ham-handed but honest. We don't want you creating a hassle at Amazon.
