I Shop On Amazon

I have a prime membership, which includes guaranteed two day shipping. Today amazon failed to deliver my stuffs, which are even amazon products, on time. I emailed customer service and received this as part of their response. I'm not really sure how I am supposed to take what they said...

@AcidBurn Yeah i think what they were going for was “and prevent you from experiencing any hassle that was created.” 😂 I cant imagine if you call and they’re like “no, you read it right” 😳
@SW-User I'm always so paranoid about calling amazon on anything they do. They've been known for closing people's accounts (give it a google) which means you lose everything, including your gift card balance.
