Was picking up three pallets at Sam's Club

Frozen soft pretzels, forklift driver drove down the ramp ,both slid off. He blamed me for not having a appropriate truck to use the dock like everyone else. I offered to buy them.. manager said keep them as it's illegal to sell them.
Now i have to push pretzel bites. And buy take out trays.
