@Blessica Can't go anywhere or do much without them unfortunately.
Have tried giving up milk. But i drink tea and coffee every two or three hours.
I find if i cut milk i tend to use sugar....where i don't usually.
I do a lot of outreach work and living out in the sticks i can't do without the car.
Many of my clients don't have Internet access, hence the writing stuff.
