@saragoodtimes No it really won't. I love being at the mall will the all of the holiday decorations. It's just a tradition that I am going to really miss this year.

@saragoodtimes I never really liked all that , of course I don’t shop in NY where is famously crowded . I usually start buying stuff after Christmas and when I find a good deal during the year .

@TexChik I'm planning what I want to buy for everyone now. under normal circumstances it would be great to be out shopping while my house is being torn up. have to wait and see how noisy it is. the kids will be staying with their Grandma after the holiday until everything is finished

@TexChik That is a great idea. There are some amazing sales after Christmas. It also helps spreading out the cost over the year instead of buying everything right before Christmas.

@sassypants yep ... plus I get deal offers from some of my clients . One made these really powerful flashlights . The were small and rechargeable and rubber coated ... and expensive $129 per retail . I got a case 24 from him for $55 each . Everybody got a nice flashlight that year . And I had a few for the house and farm

@TexChik Wow that is quite a deal. Good for you. That's something they can get a lot if use out of to. I like to give practical gifts and not something that they might hardly ever use.

@TexChik You have to take what you can get. We bought extra in the spring when everyone started panic buying.
