No Bra Summer!

Not sure this is the right place to bring this up but my wife and I were discussing female modesty and the 'requirement' to wear a bra. I am old enough to remember when the young women wore what looked like ice cream cones on their chest to make their breasts more 'attractive' to men. My wife remembers the 'Lift and separate" slogan of bra manufacturers. Which then raised the questions are bras to be worn out of modesty (Not seeking attention) or are bras worn to attract attention. BTW my wife doesn't wear one.
