You're not in the wrong. Do flag "minor" accounts who are participating in adult themes..and adults who engage them.

It is putting a child in danger of exploitation.

Kids can either be using adult accounts to bypass the filters and restrictions or the algorithms have loopholes. Both of which need technical solution.

They could be law enforcement out to catch predators. How many news stories do you see where a predator was caught because he/ she thought they were talking a boy/ girl...but they were actually talking to a law enforcement officer.

Very likely they are a catfish, not a real 13-15 year-old at all. Rather they are most likely a middle-man pretending.
