I disagree. I think they're always appropriate for a woman. It's you who's sexualising them. But supposing they are sexual, why should that be a problem? A woman is entitled to feel sexy. Nobody else needs to know about it if she doesn't want them to.

You're wrong because you are assuming women's choices of what they wear based on your personal interpretation. Some women prefer stockings because they find tights/panty hose uncomfortable, too warm, etc. And if a woman chooses an outfit because it makes her feel sexy that doesn't mean she is trying to attract sexual advances. And lastly, how are you finding out what underwear women are wearing?

Exactly, so if you like weairng them because you like wearing them but its a formal situation, just dont make it too obvious. I think the difference there is its harder to be discrete about that than say going commando. It applies to dress codes and other things in life like swearing and being noisey.
