If you get the right undies, you can wear them all the time, at the medical appointments too. I must admit the the only doc that has ever seen my bikini undies in over 20yrs, is a dermatologist, and she didn't make any comment at all.

Keep it up, gurl. I used to wear my panties under my work clothes, sometimes with the added chastity cage. Then, just over a year ago I suffered a stroke whilst in a work meeting. Bosh! Lost the use of my left side. Taken to hospital wearing my pink lace panties under my work trousers but luckily no chastity cage on the day. Got the funny looks from the nurses but not a word said about my pink panties as I got dressed in the hospital gown for an mri. Upshot of it all is I'm now almost physically recovered and hoping to return to work again later this year. Good luck with your panties 💋❤
