I've gad this conversation with my wife several times. For us it's stockings and suspenders v hold ups v tights. Our conclusion is none of them works they should.
The sexy option is stockings and suspenders.
The practical option is tights
The best option, in theory is hold ups. In reality they never really "hold up". If they're not slipping down they're rolling over fown your thigh.
For hot dates it had to be stockings and suspenders. For practicality it's tights, though again if you don't get them on 100% right you spend the day, or night, adjusting and readjusting. You'd thimk they would make them far better by now.

Your legs look great in all three. If you’re out just hoping people will appreciate your feminine side I like the bare legs most because they show the effort you put in. If you’re hoping to attract the attention of a man they do like the thigh highs and nylons especially with straps
