You see someone having a hard time on here

Depends on whether I know them and know they are legit. I'd probably offer care and support. Otherwise most likely nothing.

I try always to be kind. But if I see the same one over & over & over, just avoid it because I've tried to help them at some point but they don't take any advice & just keep wallowing in their misery.

It depends on my mood, ability to be helpful, and how well I know the person in question.

Try to find a balance between being truthful and kind. Helpful maybe.

If I have any clue or experience to try and help them out I will try.

An exception might be someone complaining that they voted for Trump, and are surprised that it somehow bit them in the behind. I have plenty to say when that happens.

Is the story believable? There are a lot of people who claim one thing and then in their next post everything is fine again. I think some people just want attention.

If I feel I have something to say that might be useful I comment.
