What motivates or inspires you?

I’ve noticed that different things motivate different people at work.as with most things, there are two extremes: deadlines and negative pressure like “, you better get this done by 3 or you could get fire” and the other is driven by kindness and freedom of expression -“ we want to hear what you think, take it on and do what you think is best with in these guidelines” which extreme stomp here motivates you?

@Mindful I have had very strange employers.
Employers that don't express where I'm going wrong, but get annoyed and act out passive aggressive eventually to play mind games to get me to leave.

@Mindful unfortunately I think my industry employers are what we'd describe as calculating.
Yes we want them to employ you based on skills but they lack the people skills to harness them appropriately.
They can be very black and white and cut throat.
I've only lasted as long as I have because I jump ship and or temp
