Did anyone know what happened to Garbage bag man?
He was always asking the same question over and over about wearing garbage bags as clothes. He was harmless, just a bit weird.

@CastorTroy It was not an interesting character, he kept asking if someone was aroused by wearing garbage bags. I was just wondering where he left.
