The older I get, the more I realize...I zone out into some intense thinking and what if situations in my brain. I have always had an active imagination, that is one thing I have honesly loved about myself. But deep thinking sometimes can lead to misinformation that you have created yourself. People sometime create things in their brain, just sitting alone quielty can be a dangerous thing for some.
