@Cutiepi23 why do people have a bad opinion on Catholics. I'm just wondering . I'm a catholic and I dont think it's doing me much good being honest .
A lot of pain in my life I had and I do believe in virgin mary and Christ. I dont go to Church but I'd pop in on my own for a bit of quiet time but why do people have bad opinions about them

@riseofthemachine Im not sure if people have bad opinions of Catholics.It might be priests & the vatican because of the scandal. Then again they didnt like catholics before that came to light. However every institution even families have bad people in them.
A lot of people have pain in their life also. I dont think being a Catholic is making your life bad. Look at your life and see what you need to change to make yourself happy. If you return fully to your faith it might also help. Dipping in and out might not be the best course.
Some people believe Catholics worship statues ....maybe that annoys them. Protestants dont agree with the teachings so 🤷 idk.
