Stoics are saying Christians told from stoic philosphy.

But, is actually Christ who was the first Stoic. When he preach only those who found him interesting follow him.

Jesus wasn't the first stoic, the philosophy originated in ancient Greece, the word stoic itself comes from the word stoa which is where the stoics gathered in Athens.
