I think the border should be sealed to be honest.

I don't understand how third world people have cell phones. I have family in Mexico and I wonder why is two aunts and uncle living there and the rest are over here. It makes me speculate that the suffering people proclaim is not really real in the sense of oppressively regime. Rather is bit of that but bit also of personal choices in life they did.

Wow, I wonder why third world people have cellphones. I mean, it's not like they might need to actually call someone at some point or that most of the world is digitally connected now right? Jeez, I mean next thing it's almost like you need to call employers or family members.

@Lifeismystery Hi, 50% of my family is from Mexico. My dad came here from Ciudad Juarez. If you don't think it's that bad and there's no reason why any Mexican would want to come to the US, please stay there for a few years and get back to me.

@Lifeismystery look, twit, a cheap cellphone is something even someone who has almost no income in South Africa can get. It's not a mark of wealth or doing well. I have a decent cellphone. I live in a third world country. I also just last night had an attempted break in. I'm also working class. Try to use your head.

Why do idiots like you need internet? No one needs to hear your ignorant bullshit.

@Lifeismystery that's off topic. The fact is you can still struggle and be oppressed whether you have a cellphone or not. Demonstrate how a cellphone means you can't get killed, would be guaranteed wages or a roof over your head. There's also degrees of poverty as anyone with even a tenuous grasp of economics can tell you.

@Lifeismystery your personal history is irrelevant. Prove having a cellphone makes you immune to murder, starvation, oppression or homelessness.

Using your logic, I could say people in the Soviet Union had cars, so there was no oppression by the state. We all know that would be bullshit, as the secret police could arrest you at any time if you were to speak out.

@Lifeismystery not the point, there was still oppression even if some people had an acceptable standard of living.
