This is a many part problem. More water isn't really the answer. More water means more brush. This heat wave surely isn't helping problems either. What has happened is we have gotten more water. We had record amounts of snow fall last winter. Which caused more brush growth.
The extremes of this climate change is like blaming the highwinds and hurricanes of the central and southern states on people. Just no one seems to recognize those problems either.
We have a problem sure enough! And the answers do not lay in blaming people or even individual States! It's not even just our country! This is a world problem, if only our leaders have the foresight to recognize it! 馃槩
