What's with the look in most people's eyes, they are so sad and lonely. Yet their face running towards their jobs. Except for the grifters and betrayers... their eyes have given up too....

My ego wants to shout out to them, don't be scared of the light... these grey standards of living might seem comfortable : since everybody is in here... but it's still grey... don't be scared already!

wait i found different words for it.
It's about people jamming their emotions down their throats to be a productive member of the society.
and thus having, pent up sadness filled in their eyes....
I hope these words sound better, these don't completely portray my feelings though.

Okay. The wording is a bit off, I think, but I think I understand the general idea. So, basically you're saying people take their jobs so seriously that it dulls the light in them?
