I Think Too Much

Well who would ever think that thinking a lot could be a bad thing. I mean, it's got to be better than not thinking enough right?
Well I suffer from bipolar depression and anxiety. I have been struggling with what comes first, the anxiety, and then I find some thing to be anxious about or do I think of a situation then get anxious about it.
I know it sounds like it would be easy to see if I think first then get nerved up or if I get nerved up then find some thing to be nerved about. But.... it isn't that easy. I am bothered by it most of the day. Even the days I have nothing going on.
I don't know. Just writing out my thoughts as they come.

@ sometimesRubbish, Thank you for reading and commenting.

So do you think the thoughts come first of the nervousness. With you I mean.
