I Think Too Much

I spend so much time thinking that it is often difficult to voice what is going on in my head. Hard to explain. It is busy in there, like an airport. Picking one topic to write about from the many swirling thoughts is always so hard, and I feel does not accurately represent me or my mood. So then I end up thinking about thinking which is and endless and dangerous loop.
