I think we just have to do what's good for us to do at any given moment. When I'm around other people who think too much is when I start thinking too much... But then I think who's to say whether I am or they are thinking too much or not. We try and tell each other what to do or how to think. How about allowing others to think or do what they have to. Acceptance! :) We seem to have the hardest time allowing others to be just as they are.
I know how you feel. I wish I had a button that could shut down my thoughts. I am constantly re hashing what I have done versus what I should or could have done. It's annoying, especially when you are trying to get to sleep.
As long as I have known you I have known this about you. You analyze and over analyze something repeatedly. If you would just take the advice I give you then you would be fine. Teehee
