I Talk to Myself

I will often speak out loud to myself when no one is around and if something is bothering me. Most cases it will have to do with conflicts between my friends and since I seem to be mediator, I am dragged into the situation. I will talk on what my friends have been doing, if what they did or said was right or not, how can they fix the situation and so forth.

I also speak out loud when I am under much stress or anxiety. When I talk it out I feel better and I can confirm my doubts with words of strength and positivity.

Yes it does the only thing a stranger can talk to you about is what they experience or what someone else experience & sometimes the situation is very similar to what you are going through, who do a psychiatrist talks to when they need to vent ?Most of the times i'm sure they reason with themselves lol

@Nickos: Reasoning with myself is the best therapy I can do for myself! :)

That's so true cause some people spend money to go talk to a total stranger about themselves but at the end off the day no 1 knows you better than yourself & that's the reality off life

@Nickos: Very true. Sometimes talking to a stranger really does help because I may not have considered anything else until someone told me. But I have a clear and strong mind, so talking to myself and figuring out solutions on my own helps me take care of myself better.

I talk out loud to, but I'm not crazy. I don't talk to myself. I talk to the voices in my head, and they tell me what to do. ;)

It is pretty normal! Some people don't think it is normal though.
