The best thing to do is just put it out there, make a post and just let it all out. Or, like myself, I write alot. It helps me put things in perspective, it helps me heal. Whatever is troubling you, you need to let it out. I do hope you can find someone who makes you feel safe to confide in. 🫂

The only way to get relief is to find a way to let go of this. There are all kinds of hot lines for various issues / situations, counselors, clergy who are trained to help. Realize it may be very hard to think of opening up about it .. but clearly, so is carrying it on your own. Hope you find your peace with this.

If you go to Fetlife and search for the topic you want, then click on Group, it will show you groups of people with that same idea. Lots of stuff you would think are unique to you, or strange, or insane are in there. You would be surprised.

Learn how to encrypt, write it in any type of editor, save and encrpt it. No one's going to see it without the password. You can even do it all on a cellphone. Oh .. do either turn off any back up options in your editor otherwise you'll have to encrypt that as well.
